Marine Protein Marprot in Manta, Ecuador receives GMP certification from SGS
Singapore, 19 October 2010 - Marine Protein Marprot, a joint-venture between Bluewave Marine Ingredients and Marine Protein SAC, has obtained GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certification through SGS following completion of a successful audit. During the process SGS reviewed and evaluated the 1,700 square meters production facility including its operations, facility design and maintenance to ensure its compliance to GMP standards.
As the production plant for PerfectDigest™ FPI (fish peptide isolate) and PerfectDigest™ FPC (fish peptide concentrate), Marine Protein Marprot operates under stringent sanitary standards to ensure quality production of peptides that meets demanding standards for freshness and purity.
